The usual processing time for an order is 5 to 7 working days, depending on the country. Occasionally, the shipping process may be delayed during busy periods, such as during the Christmas holidays. We make every effort to ensure that delivery times are respected and that you receive your order on time. However, there are circumstances beyond our control. In view of the current health situation, we ask for your understanding should the delivery of your order be delayed.

In case of breakage, defect or for repair, Charlotte Beaude will repair or replace your purchase provided it is returned to us in its original condition with its certificate of authenticity and its case. Returns must be made within 14 working days of receipt of delivery.
